Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. *Recruitment and Hiring*: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
2. *Employee Onboarding*: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, benefits, and training.
3. *Employee Relations*: Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
4. *Benefits Administration*: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
5. *Performance Management*: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
6. *Training and Development*: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
8. *HR Records*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, benefits, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:
