Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Pune for a Human Resource Intern. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR activities, including recruitment, candidate onboarding, managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and operations management.

Daily tasks will involve supporting HR management and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune, Maharashtra
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus point
