Demonstrate proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal 4. Manage coordination between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes 5. Maintain and update staff records and related data with attention to detail 6. Build and maintain friendly and professional relationships with all staff members 7. Utilize strong hiring skills to identify and attract suitable candidates for IT industry Requirements: 1. 3-6 months of relevant HR experience or internship 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English 3. Soft-spoken, smart, creative, quick thinker and dedicated personality 4.
