About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining candidate records 2. Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new employees 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR systems 4. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as event planning, communication, and feedback collection 5. Conduct research on HR-related topics, providing recommendations for process improvements 6.
