About the internship Recruitment Support; Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback. Onboarding Assistance: Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires. Assist in conducting orientation sessions and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. Basic HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Assist in preparing basic HR reports as needed. Employee Engagement: Support the organization of employee events and activities. Help gather employee feedback to enhance workplace culture.
