About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Partner with the KAM: Communicate with the key account manager to understand the hiring needs 2. Screen resumes: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist appropriate candidates 3. Provide updates: Regularly update the KAM on recruitment progress and make adjustments as needed 4. Report: Keep accurate records and provide ongoing updates on candidate status 5. Outreach daily: Contact 110 candidates per day for interviews, follow-ups, or status updates Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
