About the internship Join our dynamic team at QANinjas as a human resources (HR) intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced software testing company. As an English-proficient candidate with excellent spoken and written skills, you will support our HR department in various tasks. Your proficiency in MS Excel will be a valuable asset in maintaining and organizing HR data. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews 2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions 3. Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures 4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture 5. Collaborate with the HR team on performance management processes including evaluations and feedback sessions 6. Help in conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to improve department efficiency 7.
