About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling the company's recruitment process by developing and executing recruiting plans 2. Posting job requirements on appropriate internet sources/job sites 3. Advertising job openings on the company's career page, social media, external job boards, and also within the company 4. Working on sourcing potential candidates from various sourcing channels 5. Working on the preliminary screening of applications based on the job description 6. Working on shortlisting resumes based on several search factors, such as skills, recently updated resumes, location, experience, etc. Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 17th Jan'25 and 21st Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
