About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Sourcing candidate by utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to ensure a diverse talent pool for open positions 2. Screening and interviewing candidates by conducting initial screenings, reviewing resumes, and organizing interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company 3. Coordinating with hiring managers by collaborating closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and streamline the recruitment process 4.
