About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. 2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews. 3. Conducting in-person and phone interviews with candidates. 4. Making recommendations to company hiring managers based on interview results. 5. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 6. Following up on the interview process status and providing timely updates. 7. Maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are met. 8. Managing the full recruitment cycle for complex and senior-level hires as per requirements. 9. Building and maintaining a high-quality database using available resources. 10. Maintaining a complete record of interviews and new hires. 11. Staying up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices. 12. Ensuring recruitment processes stay within agreed hiring and onboarding turnaround times (TATs).
