About the internship As an HR intern at Ecommex Elite Logistic Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. 3. Maintain HR databases and employee records accurately and confidentially. 4. Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on various HR policies and procedures. 5. Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a professional manner. 6. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office applications. 7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the department and company.
