Human Resources Leadership Role

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree in HR preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-location teams and field staff.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, payroll, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and build trust with both leadership and on-ground teams.
