We are looking for an HR Intern/Fresher who is eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship is designed to provide practical training in HR operations, with an opportunity to secure a permanent position based on performance after six months. Responsibilities: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and be assigned tasks across different areas, including but not limited to: • Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups). • Supporting employee onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance activities. • Managing attendance, leave records, and employee database updates. • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events. • Assisting in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations. • Handling any additional HR-related tasks assigned by the manager. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. • Familiarity with HR software (HRMS, ATS) is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
