Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Job Summary:
The HR Intern assists the HR team with various tasks, projects, and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in HR functions and contributing to the organization's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, candidate screening)
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
4. Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives (policy development, employee engagement)
6. Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics
7. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program (HR, Business, or related field)
2. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
3. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to learn and adapt quickly
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
