Job Description Roles & Responsibilities HR-Unpaid Internship for 3 months minimum (will get extended based on the performance): We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This role will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning HR events, wellness programs, and team-building activities. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure documentation accuracy. Learning & Development: Support training sessions, track employee participation, and gather feedback. General Administrative Support: Help with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and other HR-related tasks. Desired Candidate Profile ✔️ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. ✔️ Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
