What you'll be doing
• Recruitment administration: Posting vacancies via Job portal or recruiting agency, gathering CV, Interview arrangement and facilitation, recruiting status report
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
Coordinate HR-related training and development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Assist with general administrative and purchasing task
What we're looking for
Relevant degree S1/D3 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
