1. Designing and updating job descriptions. 2. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards 3. Sourcing potential candidates from as per the job requirement. 4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. 5. Interview candidates (via phone) 6. Do line-ups and make sure to convert into turn-ups. 7.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers 8. Work till the successful closure you do. 9. Maintain daily and weekly reports.
