HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Develop and execute HR systems and strategies that align with the school’s mission.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment across multicultural teams.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

Drive organizational change and encourage adaptability in evolving situations.

Support professional development initiatives and promote a growth-oriented culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, including recruitment, administration, industrial relation, and employee engagement.

Experience in multicultural work environments, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

Strong assertiveness and the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.

Open-mindedness and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Highly adaptive to change and capable of driving organizational improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
