*Shift:* 11 am - 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, Sunday off)

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to learn and grow in HR.

*Salary:*

- Fresher: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

- Experienced: ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 per month

- Unlimited incentives

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles

- Manage and update candidate database

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process

- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders

*Required Skills:*

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Eager to learn and grow in HR
