About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting mid-career professionals in applying for jobs, networking on LinkedIn, and getting the maximum number of interview calls. 2. Conducting thorough research on job markets, industry trends, and employer requirements to stay up-to-date and provide accurate, relevant information to our clients. 3. Tracking and analyzing client progress and job application outcomes, and sharing insights with the team to refine strategies and improve support. 4. Collaborating with the team to develop and implement innovative strategies to improve NxtJob's services, ensuring a seamless and efficient job search experience for our users.
