As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to all People operations across India offices and as needed for other locations.
This role requires collaboration with our People Partners and the APAC & Global people team to address various People-related matters.
We are looking for someone who can drive open and direct communication to deliver effective solutions and provide advice to employees on our company's policies and processes.
You will have the opportunity to shape and advise our core People practices, contributing to the development of our organization's culture and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to all People operations
Collaborating with People Partners and the APAC & Global people team
Driving open and direct communication
Advising employees on policies and processes
Shaping and advising core People practices
