Job description Location: Remote/Hybrid Duration: 3 Months (March – May) Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking an HR & Marketing Intern to support our talent acquisition and branding initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn both human resource functions and marketing activities, but at the same time, it's challenging to handle two different responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is up for this challenge. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR): • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update candidate databases while ensuring timely follow-ups. • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility among potential candidates, such as maintaining a positive LinkedIn presence and engagement with candidates. Marketing & Branding: • Develop engaging video content using Canva for the company's product and services. • Contribute to social media marketing strategies and content creation. Qualifications & Requirements: • Immediate availability for a 3-month internship (March – May). • Ability to communicate in English with all candidates across India; write emails in business English. • Ability to understand candidates' situations and have professional telephonic engagement to support through hiring process • Proficiency in Canva and a creative approach to video content creation. • Ability to multitask, be aware of deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Interest in HR, recruitment, branding, and digital marketing.
