Job Description
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across academic and non-academic roles.
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
* Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, training, performance appraisals, promotions, and exits.
* Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
* Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and professional development plans.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain statutory compliance.
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* **6–8 years of HR experience**, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (experience in schools or educational institutions preferred).
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and people management practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask, make strategic decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
