This is a full-time internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in human resources functions within a rapidly growing IT consulting company. The candidate will engage in various HR activities and gain comprehensive insights into HR operations. Qualifications And Skills • Proficiency in recruitment and selection processes, necessary for attracting and identifying suitable candidates for various roles (Mandatory skill). • Understanding of HR policies to support and align with organizational objectives (Mandatory skill). • Strong command of Microsoft Office for documentation, data processing, and presentations (Mandatory skill). • Experience in onboarding new employees to ensure they are integrated smoothly into the company culture. • Demonstrable skills in employee relations to maintain a productive work environment. • Data entry skills to manage, maintain, and update HR data accurately. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR-related tasks and documents. Roles And Responsibilities • Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and conducting preliminary screenings. • Support the HR team in executing onboarding processes for newcomers to promote a seamless transition. • Participate actively in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment. • Maintain and update HR records and employee files with meticulous attention to detail. • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Facilitate communication between employees and management to address queries and concerns effectively. • Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall productivity and compliance. • Perform administrative duties as required to support the HR department's smooth operation.
