Introduction Are you looking for a way to get your foot in the door and gain some valuable experience in the Digital Signage space? Look no further, Moving Tactics offers a 12 month (Paid) internship that is in partnerships with Yes4Youth to get you market ready. In order to be eligible for the internship, you need to meet the following criteria: 18-34 years old Candidate is defined in accordance with the BBBEE definition South African citizen Unemployed Has not completed a Yes4Youth program previously. We’re looking for an HR intern to assist in the following key areas, such as recruitment, training and development; administrative work and most importantly assist in developing the company culture and getting involved in all fun internal communications and activities. HR is a core function to the business and plays a fundamental role in the business strategy and goals. We are very passionate about who we are and what we do and we’re looking for someone who shares the same values that would thrive in this position. This position dabbles in all HR aspects, the more open you are to learning and growing, the more you will be able to take on. Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment: Shortlist and schedule interviews Diary management – set up interviews with Dept Heads/Management Conduct candidate background and reference checks Complete New Employee checklists to manage induction/onboarding process Send rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates Employee Management: Set up birthdays and get pictures for Social Media Assist with preparing Annual workshops and complete documentation Assist in responding to staff inquiries Implement special corporate events and socials gatherings in all regions Implement and assist in coordinating health and wellness initiatives Assist with company newsletter & content Labour (IR): Assist with distributing and collecting warnings General: Manage HR diary (daily to do’s) and ensure all tasks are completed Implement monthly social calendar and come up with ideas Keep HR documents up to date (Organogram/HR reports) General HR Admin and filing Other tasks where necessary Constantly improve HR Processes Personal Qualities required: Time keeping and VERY punctual Attention to detail Highly organized Ambitious Proactive Problem solver Friendly but firm Confident People person Passionate about HR Desired Experience & Qualification Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant qualification Min 1 years experience in a similar position Must be computer literate (Microsoft package) A passion to continuously explore and improve in HR related fields Package & Remuneration Basic Salary - R6,000.00 per month.
