Vacancy Details Employer: ZIMCO Group (PTY) Ltd Performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities in the HR department. Updating employee records. Assist on Screening resumes. Scheduling interviews. Gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee development. Assist on Posting and removing job advertisements. Collecting pertinent payroll data. Streamlining HR operations for a smooth workflow. Assist with background checks on shortlisted candidates. Assisting on improving HR policies. Required Skills Bcea: 1 year or less Labour Relations Administration Understanding Of HR Principles : 1 year or less Candidate Requirements Obtained N6 qualification in Human Resources Management - and or University National Diploma in Human Resources Management required to complete on the job training as inservice / Internship. Working independently. Working on MS office. Having interpersonal skills.
