Position Summary We are seeking a motivated HR Intern – Recruitment Focus (Fresher) in Vijayawada to join our team. This internship provides exposure to the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in hiring strategies, making it an ideal starting point for individuals looking to build a career in talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update recruitment databases with accuracy and confidentiality. • Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings. • Participate in organizing recruitment drives and employer branding activities. Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain.
