Role Overview As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in a variety of tasks related to administration, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. This role will allow you to build foundational HR skills and gain insights into HR processes within a professional and fast-paced work setting. Responsibilities • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and files. Update employee database and other HR systems. • Employee Engagement: Assist in planning employee events and activities. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and provide insights for improvement. • Projects: Develop HR-related presentations and reports. Conduct research on HR best practices. Assist in implementing new HR initiatives. Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Graduating in the year 2025. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva preferred.
