HR GRADUATE INTERNSHIP - CPT

Introduction Zibo Containers (Pty) Ltd manufacturing of plastic packaging is offering an exciting opportunity for a suitable Human Resource Intern at our Cape Town Plant. Duties & Responsibilities Training will be given as follows: Ensure all relevant employment documentation is accurately completed for all hires. Accurate and up to date record keeping on the HR system. Drafting of letters of appointment, fixed term contracts, promotion and increase letters. Monitor employee leave in line with the company policy. Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization. Facilitate disciplinary process and setting up of disciplinary enquiries. Facilitate the grievance procedure when necessary. Conduct Exit interviews. Induction- Facilitate induction for all new employees. Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
