Full job description JOB PURPOSE: Provide overall administration and support to promote the success of the HR team. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: Matric Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification Previous experience/exposure in HR will be advantageous PC literacy - MS Office and/or G-Suite Excel intermediate level RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include but will not be limited to assisting the HR department with: Administrative and HR-related tasks Recruitment and Selection process Administering and coordinating the onboarding of new employees Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes Administering and coordinating SD/EE and other HR related meetings or interventions Industrial Relations matters where needed Compiling meeting packs and taking minutes where needed Ad-hoc projects GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Competencies required: Working with people; Relating and Networking; Learning and Researching; Planning and Organising; Analysing; Communication; Adapting and Responding to change. The position requires a highly disciplined self- starter that can work independently and within a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
