Develop and create HR strategies including recruitment, performance management, employee relation
Develop and create HR Policies development that maximizes the human capital of the organization in accordance with the company’s strategy.
Develop and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practice that promotes a high standard of performance to achieve the company’s corporate mission and goals by create KPI etc
Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative.
Provide high-level advice, guidance, and management to the business on a full range of employee relations and performance management and industrial relations issues.
Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance.
Doing HR Aministration such as payroll, employee agreement, sick permission, leave permission, etc
Requirements:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager, Bachelor degree in Law or Psychology is prefereable or working expericence as HR Generalist
Good English
Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability
Good knowledge of industrial relations, HR, General Affairs, and administration
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
