Job Description
**Job Role – HR Executive (6 Months to 1 Year Experience)**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handling end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
* Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
* Posting job requirements on job portals and social media
* Maintaining candidate database and recruitment tracker
* Assisting in onboarding and joining formalities
* Preparing offer letters and documentation
* Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
* Follow-up with selected candidates till joining
**Requirements:**
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR activities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of HR processes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* MS Office knowledge preferred
