About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

End-to-end recruitment process

Analysing the requirements

Searching for potential candidates from available sources like job portals, databases, social media, and other known sources

Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes

Performing pre-screening calls to analyse applicants' abilities

Interviewing candidates using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions) to determine their qualifications and appropriate match with client needs

Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Promoting the company reputation as a great place to work

Submitting required profiles to the client

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 21st Apr'25 and 26th May'25

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
