HR Associate (Recruitment Internship) - INR 10000 per month

Position: Recruitment Associates (Interns)

Stipend: INR 7500 fixed + INR 2500 variable/month

Type: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Location: Church Street, Bangalore

Duration: 3 months

Zifcare is a boutique recruitment agency that has been set up by an IIT/IIM alumnus. We work towards matching the right roles with the right talent. Our clients are some of the top startups in their sector.

We're looking for psychology/HR/MBA students who are interested in exploring recruitment and have a few hours per day (Mon-Sat) for an internship. The working hours will be flexible up to a reasonable limit to account for students' academic workload.

Responsibilities:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening and interviewing the candidates

2. Preparing content for blogs and social media (reels/posts/articles)

3. Researching leads for Zifcare via email and LinkedIn

Interview Process:

• Introductory discussion (30 min)
• Case study and follow-up interview
