Descriptions:
Welcoming newly hired employees, managing the end-to-end onboarding process and ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles
Coordinate with Recruitment team for the status of hired candidates
Timely endorsement of pre-employment medical exam and background checks, facilitating Job Offer
Proactively maintaining effective communications with hired candidates
Presenting New Hire Orientation
Gather and process paperwork, like requirements, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines
Providing reporting and project updates to senior management
Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
Will assists in Compensation & Benefits team; like filing 201 files and updating HRIS, processing contribution of gov't mandated benefits and assisting on queries regarding gov't mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Development or similar field
With proven 6 months to 1 year experience in HR
Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and results-oriented
Good communication skills, both written and oral in English
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to work on shifting schedule (mid shift or night shift)
Willing to work in Market! Market! BGC, Taguig and/or Mckinley Ten West and/or One World McKinley
Can start as soon as possible
