The RCL FOODS Talent Team is on the hunt for an experienced HR Administrator to join our Group Services Division.
The role will be based in Westville and report to the CHRA Team Leader. RCL FOODS entrusts the successful incumbent to provide a Central HR Administration service to embed HR support to employees on their onboarding and benefits including all SAP transactions for new joiners, employee movements and exits from the group on a twelve month fixed contract.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Administration
Support onboarding for non-bargaining employees (B band to Executive level).
Manage new hire processes, from offer letter to first day.
Provide HR policy guidance to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate employee records in SAP, including personal and job details.
Process medical aid, retirement fund enrollments, and withdrawals.
Assist with employee benefit selections and annual package restructuring.
Manage employee exits, including terminations in SAP.
Process employee role changes, promotions, and relocations.
2. HR Services & System Support
Serve as the HR helpdesk for employee and manager queries.
Liaise with payroll for query resolution and payslip distribution.
Organize HR system training sessions.
Maintain onboarding tracker and generate reports.
Manage Vector travel records and vendor setup in SAP.
Support HR system updates, improvements, and testing.
Administer HR onboarding systems, including user profiles and document uploads.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and completeness of records
Timely administration processing
Employee satisfaction with onboarding
Accountabilities
Ensure smooth onboarding and exits in SAP
Manage employee benefits and relocations
Maintain HR data accuracy and reporting
Minimum Requirements
Preferably a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Valid Code EB drivers license
