Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and technologically proficient House Manager to take complete charge of the day-to-day operations of our private company residence. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to the principals.

​Age: 18 to 28 years old

​Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a passion for creating a warm environment.

​Proficiency: Fluent and proficient in English communication (both written and verbal) and advanced computer skills (scheduling, budgeting, correspondence).

​Key Responsibilities

​The House Manager will serve as the central point of coordination and management across all areas of household operation:

​1. Administration & Schedule Management

​Calendar Oversight: Maintain and update all household calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments, travel logistics, and principal commitments.

​Correspondence: Assist with professional and personal administrative tasks and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

​2. Financial & Inventory Control

​Budget Management: Accurately manage the household budget and expenses, tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and maintaining detailed financial records.

​Procurement: Oversee inventory of all household supplies and groceries, ensuring necessary items are stocked efficiently and purchased cost-effectively.

​3. Facilities & Staff Supervision

​Maintenance & Repair: Coordinate and oversee all routine and emergency household maintenance and repairs, managing external service providers and ensuring swift resolution.

​Staff Leadership: Supervise household staff (maids, cleaners, etc.) and external vendors, setting performance standards and managing work schedules.

​Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee household events, functions, and gatherings, ensuring seamless execution from setup to cleanup.
