Age: 18 to 28 years old
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a passion for creating a warm environment.
Proficiency: Fluent and proficient in English communication (both written and verbal) and advanced computer skills (scheduling, budgeting, correspondence).

Key Responsibilities
The House Manager will serve as the central point of coordination and management across all areas of household operation:
1. Administration & Schedule Management
Calendar Oversight: Maintain and update all household calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments, travel logistics, and principal commitments.
Correspondence: Assist with professional and personal administrative tasks and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
2. Financial & Inventory Control
Budget Management: Accurately manage the household budget and expenses, tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and maintaining detailed financial records.
Procurement: Oversee inventory of all household supplies and groceries, ensuring necessary items are stocked efficiently and purchased cost-effectively.
3. Facilities & Staff Supervision
Maintenance & Repair: Coordinate and oversee all routine and emergency household maintenance and repairs, managing external service providers and ensuring swift resolution.
Staff Leadership: Supervise household staff (maids, cleaners, etc.) and external vendors, setting performance standards and managing work schedules.
Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee household events, functions, and gatherings, ensuring seamless execution from setup to cleanup.
