About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Provide recruitment support by assisting in posting job ads, making calls, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews 2. Coordinate with candidates to share information, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups 3. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions 4. Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers 5. Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate candidate details and application statuses 6. Research job market trends and candidate availability to assist in strategic hiring decisions 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all recruitment activities 8.
