Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals, building candidate pipelines, and supporting recruitment processes. Additionally, the intern will engage with clients and candidates to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Other responsibilities include managing recruitment platforms, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate documentation of hiring activities.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and talent acquisition methods
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and understanding of recruitment metrics is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
