Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to oversee and monitor the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Team Monitoring & Performance Management
• Supervise and track the daily activities of the sales team.
• Analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in monitoring and driving sales teams to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Experience in International Sales, Marketing, Global Market and Financial Services will be preferred.
