Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to establish and lead our Bakery Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building brand presence, and driving business growth in the bakery segment. This role requires expertise in market expansion, team leadership, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategic Planning & Business Development • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the bakery division. • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive business growth. • Establish distribution channels, retail partnerships, and B2B collaborations to expand market reach. ✅ Sales & Revenue Growth • Set and achieve sales targets for retail, wholesale, and institutional sales. • Build a high-performing sales team and ensure smooth execution of sales operations. • Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns to boost revenue. ✅ Marketing & Brand Positioning • Define and implement branding strategies to establish a strong presence in the bakery market. • Plan and execute digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. • Develop pricing strategies and packaging innovations to enhance customer appeal. ✅ Team Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to achieve business goals. • Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and availability. • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners.
