Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Development located in Indore. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for leading and managing business development strategies, identifying and analyzing new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales and account management functions. Daily tasks include developing business plans, conducting market analysis, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Skills

• Experience in Sales and Account Management

• Proven expertise in Business Development

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Experience in the technology or similar industry is a plus
