We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic Intern to join our Growth & Partner Success Team at TalentOnLease. If you're eager to start your career in business communication, Partner handling, and recruitment operations, relationship building, this is a great launchpad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with our existing recruitment partners to maintain strong relationships

- Address basic queries and guide them on platform usage

- Schedule meetings and demos with partners as needed

- Send follow-up emails and maintain communication logs

- Share updates on job openings and partner activities

- Support the team in driving partner engagement and retention

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Email, Zoom/Meet

- Friendly, confident, and eager to learn

- Organized and proactive with a positive attitude
