Position Overview: We’re looking for a creative and driven Growth Marketing Intern to join our team part-time for a duration of 6 months. In this role, you’ll work closely with the core team to drive engagement, increase awareness, and attract students to our mentorship programs. Responsibilities: • Execute Campaigns: Plan and run marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Content Creation: Design and develop engaging content for posts, emails, and ads that align with our target audience. • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to acquire and nurture quality leads through social media, email marketing and other online channels. • Social Media Management: Build and manage our social media presence while staying updated with the latest trends. • Analyse Performance: Track the success of campaigns, analyse data, and optimise strategies for better results. • Collaborations: Explore partnerships with student communities, influencers, and educational platforms to promote our programs. • Experimentation: Test innovative growth strategies and ideas to scale user acquisition and engagement. Qualifications: • Recent graduate with an interest in marketing and growth. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools. • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, email marketing, or paid ads) is a plus. • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and experiment with growth marketing strategies.
