Job description We are looking for someone who will join us as a Growth Intern, overlooking, but not limited to, Growth Operations. As a Growth Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth initiatives and daily operations. Here are the key roles and responsibilities you will oversee: Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Candidate Shortlisting -Assist in identifying and shortlisting potential candidates for various roles. -Coordinate with team leads to understand the ideal candidate profiles and job requirements. 2. Data Entry & Management - Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized records of all growth activities. 3. Communication Support - Assist in drafting and sending emails, newsletters, and other communication materials 4. Event & Meeting Coordination -Help plan and organize internal meetings and events, including scheduling, -preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
