As part of our Founder’s Office, you will be at the heart of strategic initiatives that define and scale our operations. About the Role: As a Growth Catalyst Intern, you will work directly with the founder(s) to develop and execute growth strategies for Soil Ecoculture. Your role will involve market research, business development, partnerships, and strategic project management. This is a hands-on, dynamic position where you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the organization and take ownership of impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and collaborations. • Develop growth strategies that align with Soil Ecoculture’s mission and core values. • Assist in outreach efforts to form strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. • Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sustainability teams to ensure alignment on key objectives. • Contribute to investor presentations, pitch decks, and reports. • Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Founder’s Office. Skills and Qualifications: • Pursuing or completed a degree in business, management, engineering (any discipline), environmental studies, or a related field. • Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data and interpret trends to make recommendations. • Passion for sustainability, environmental development, and innovation. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
