Job Description: Graphic Designer Position Title: Graphic Designer Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Designing, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in the luggage, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is a plus. Salary: 20000k-25000k Location: Gurgaon Reports To: Director Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: • Conceptualizing Designs: Create visual concepts based on the brief or requirements provided by clients or teams. • Designing Graphics: Develop designs for websites, logos, marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers), packaging, social media graphics, etc. • Collaborating with Clients or Teams: Work with clients, marketing teams, or other departments to understand project goals and ensure designs align with objectives. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual materials. • Presenting Designs: Present design ideas and concepts to clients or internal teams and make revisions as necessary based on feedback. • Managing Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations. • Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and relevant. Skills Required: • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other graphic design tools. • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition. • Creativity and a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts. • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
