Create original designs, including logos, brochures, posters, banners, and infographics, adhering to brand guidelines. Prepare and optimize images for various platforms and formats. Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and feedback on design progress. Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software advancements. Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Organize and maintain design files and assets. Assist with pre-press preparation and file management for print projects. Learning & Growth:Actively seek feedback on designs and incorporate constructive criticism. Learn About The Company's Brand Identity And Visual Style. Take initiative to explore new design techniques and tools. Qualifications Current enrollment in a graphic design or related program (preferred). Strong Portfolio Showcasing Design Skills And Creativity. Solid understanding of design principles and typography. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
