GRADUATE TRAINEE MANAGER (AGRICULTURE)
CENTURION, PRETORIA, GAUTENG PROVINCE
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY ON OFFER: R15 491.00 BASIC + EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS per month
Matric
Completed B. COMM DEGREE in Agriculture / Food Sciences or Horticulture (ESSENTIAL) – Graduated (Transcripts to be provided)
Minimum working experience acceptable In the Retail / FMCG Industry (contactable reference required)
Excellent communication skills in English (Presentation skills) (ESSENTIAL)
Must be open to relocation in South Africa by the company (ESSENTIAL)
Willing to work in a freezer / packhouse environment (cold chain)
Must have a valid driver’s license (no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)
Own reliable vehicle / arranged transport
Strong numeracy, literacy and organisational skills
Must have evidence of Integrity, leadership achievements
Proficient on MS Office packages & possess a high level of computer literacy
Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
Incumbent must be determined, hardworking, flexible, and enthusiastic to build a career in Retail

Main duties & Job Function:
A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations
Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers.
Management trainees may often rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties.
Willing to work Retail hours and work overtime
Willing to work in a Packhouse / Coldroom environment
