Job description Key Responsibilities • Engage with government officials, NGOs, and stakeholders to gain insights into challenges • Conduct field visits and interviews as required • Build a thorough understanding of existing systems, policies, and processes • Clearly define problem statements and set actionable objectives • Identify key issues in areas such as human trafficking and narcotics control • Conduct sectoral and root cause analysis, including stakeholder, system, and policy evaluations • Map existing processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies • Gather qualitative and quantitative data through field visits, interviews, and desk research • Analyze patterns and trends to uncover root causes of societal challenges • Develop innovative, tech-driven solutions tailored to address identified problems • Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with governance priorities • Coordinate with internal teams to align on technology capabilities • Foster partnerships with key stakeholders for a holistic problem-solving approach • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations • Document insights and outcomes for review by senior leadership • Design frameworks to measure the impact and success of proposed interventions • Develop a detailed landscape analysis report identifying key challenges and opportunities • Define problem statements with actionable solutions • Provide strategic recommendations for implementing tech-driven governance interventions • Document insights to inform policy and decision-making About Company: The eGovernments Foundation (eGov) is a nonprofit organization started by Nandan Nilekani and Srikanth Nadhamuni in 2003. It aims to transform urban governance in India through DIGIT, its flagship technology platform.
